• Valid passport or identity card;
• Down payment (SINAL) of approx.10 - 30 %.

The seller has to provide:

• Caderneta (land deeds);
• N°. de Contribuinte;
• Bilhete de identitade (valid identity card)

• Residence permit or exemption
