What are the rules for constructing?

Most of the properties that are handled by us include the older style of buildings, built from clay and stones. Some of them are in need of total restoration; others are completely or almost finished. These properties range from individual houses to farms with windmills.

Alentejo has a building code in accordance with traditions and typical style of the region. There are certain regulations and limitations for constructing, depending on the area and community. We will advise and help you.
