Monte do Corgo
Property of 5,1500 ha with ruin of 126m². Situated in the hilly inland of São Luis. The house is on top of the hill and serves as a sheep stable right now. Beautiful views from above and it is a very quiet and peaceful place. Lot's of new trees were planted such as cork oak, olive tree and pine tree. Good profit of the cork oaks every year.
Infrastructure for water and electricity has not been arranged yet, however, it is easy to apply for electricity while the post is on the border of this property. Phone and internet are easy to get as well. Property is hilly with the ruin on the top. Down you'll find the creek as the border with some pastry to keep some horses or other animals.
The entrance is through a dirt track of 800m and a local road from the neighbours (you have the right of passage)
